My white woolen Templar cloak is a full hooded Bernoose style, with multiple uses. This Cloak, with its spectacular and very visible red Moline Cross over the Left breast (the heart) was worn by the Knights Templar while on Crusade. The cross was to identify them in warfare. The Knights Templar were Christian Priests, who were also trained Warriors, who went on Crusades and helped protect the pilgrims,and fight alongside other Knights in the Crusader Armies.. They traveled in the Van, and were formidable warriors
